Abstract

The article describes the influence of the principles of rational selfishness on the organizational behavior of the personnel of the enterprise with the definition of potential opportunities for further development of the enterprise. The justification of the effectiveness dependence of the materialization the results of management activity of enterprises on the choice of strategic priorities for the correction of organizational behavior of the personnel is given. The introduction of measures and principles of rational egoism has been proposed, which enabled to launch mechanisms for activating the process of self-organization of personnel, self-interference of their own position in the overall performance of the enterprise. Such measures will contribute to the selfidentification of their own unique identity of staff in favor of image and materialist outcomes of enterprises. The influence of selfishness on the employee's ability to implement with the actualization of selfishness as an indicator of maintaining the level of socio-economic development of the enterprise in proportions is described. As a result, it allows to raise the level of personal development of the personnel of enterprises and socio-economic support of the enterprise, because it is self-esteem that becomes a connecting link between the reconciliation of the employee and the enterprise
