Анотація

Досліджено та систематизовано міжнародні практики реалізації стратегій циркулярності бізнесу. Виявлено тенденції у зміні ціннісних пріоритетів корпоративної політики компаній залежно від фаз трансформації бізнес-моделей. Обґрунтовано, що створення циркулярних ланцюгів вартості потребує зміни корпоративної політики та інструментів менеджменту, а трансформація бізнес-моделей компаній впливає її корпоративну культуру. На основі аналізу структури інвестицій та інвестиційних угод у проєкти циркулярності виявлено, що більша частина фінансових ресурсів спрямовується на збір та переробку відходів. Це збільшило попит на обладнання з переробки відходів і викликало структурні зміни на ринку машинобудування. Виявлено позитивні тенденції зростання інвестиційної привабливості проєктів циркулярної економіки.
