PROPOSED INDICATOR SYSTEM OF SECURITIES VALUATION FOR CRISIS MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISE ASSOCIATIONS
Abstract
Crisis management of enterprise associations in the securities market requires the development of an appropriate theoretical basis - the theory of crisis phenomena, its emergence, development, diagnostics, methodological support. Money redistribution through securities transactions is provided by active participants of enterprise associations and stock market. Effective investment of money capital in securities as one of an innovative development financing sources requires creation of the indicator system aimed to characterize the equity capital use by enterprise association participants, the efficiency of funds investments in securities by investors, as well as the value of securities determination, etc. Therefore, the article deals with topical issues concerning activities of enterprise associations in Ukrainian securities market, discloses the role of enterprise association participants (banks, insurance, investment, trust companies) in money redistribution through securities transactions. The mechanism of crisis management in enterprise associations has been improved by using the proposed indicator system for securities valuation of integrated structures in the stock market.
