SELF-MANAGEMENT AS THE WAY TO EFFICIENT USE OF WORKING TIME
Abstract
The article analyzes the problems of efficient use of working time in modern enterprises. In order to identify this problem in various spheres of activity a sociological survey was conducted. The causes of the loss of working time are investigated. As the result of this analysis, it was identified that the main cause for the inefficient use of working time are: lack of a planning; poor organization of the work flow; permanent distractions with the tasks that ate not directly related to the main job. At the current stage of working time management study – the method to improve work flow management, namely “Selfmanagement” is suggested. The theoretical aspects of this term are analyzed. To use it as the way to manage working time efficiently was suggested. The course of actions in the planning of personal work and the basic principles of working time management procedures are analyzed. Based on the results of the study, a model to implement the system of self-management, which involves planning and analysis of working time costs is suggested.
